*FT offers a hybrid working scheme of one day per week OR increased annual leave, based on your role. If working remotely is possible in your role you will be able to work from home one day per week. If you choose not to work from home, but commit to working in the office full-time, then you will benefit from an extra three days per year annual leave. If working remotely is not possible in your role, then you will automatically be given the three additional days holiday per year.

FT Social Committee

Subsidised by the company, the FT Social Committee organises a range of inclusive social events for all staff throughout the year. Once a month there is a free lunch provided by a range of outside caterers. This could be anything from Indian, Greek, subs, pie and mash to crepes, sushi or a full-on summer BBQ. We organise trips to the theatre and cinema (indoor and outdoor), Escape Rooms and Murder Mystery events. We have a monthly book club, weekly football and indoor climbing. In the summer, we play rounders in Bushy Park and run a Slacklining club for all levels. There’s chocolate at Easter, ice-cream in the summer and, almost every week, cakes or charity bakesales.
